10 Minute Trainer versus P90X2?
The scale in difference between P90X2 and 10 Minute Trainer is mega huge. First off, P90X2 has one separate disc devoted to preparing you for what you committed too in buying the program. Another couple of weeks devoted to your physical foundation before you start to take on the portion of P90X2 that puts on the muscle and mass part. After that there are another couple of weeks focusing on performance from the work you put the first 60 days of the program. Ten Minute Trainer is just that, ten minutes of exercise. No Special “how to” DVD, no phases, just you and five 10 minute exercise DVD’s.
If sticking to a regular routine in exercise is your hardest part in exercising, give the 10 Minute Trainer a shot. P90X2 is a brutal boot camp of foundation building, and muscle confusion, focusing on the dramatic side of fitness. You can get similar results with the 10 Minute Trainer if you can stick with it. Some people have lost up to 100 pounds with 10 minute Trainer in extreme cases, with the standard loss that shows up in the lighter workout program being about 15 – 40 pounds. You’ll look slimmer and more cut but you won’t be the knockout hard body that P90X2 pushes for in its program.
The difference is drastic in the types of working out you get. The results are the same if the commitment is there. The key is sticking with it and not giving up. The choice is clearly a personal one. You can jump whichever hurdle is easiest and the rewards are that you will feel better. Drastic changes will bring drastic results and P90X2 is the standalone in that universe.
