How to Eliminate Snoring
It happen to get up in the middle of the night thinking that the world is collapsing to just realize that you are safe, are you Darling snoring that woke you. The lack of sleep and how annoying it is to hear someone sound asleep while you can not close an eye has added stress to love relationships by centuries.

The National Sleep Foundation states that more than 90 million American adults – men and women – snore, 37 million of them regularly. The cause may vary. If your doctor has ruled out an obstruction such as apnea or other sleep disorder that may require surgery, there are natural remedies to minimize those annoying snoring.
When we sleep the muscles of the throat relax and become flexible. If there is any deadlock between the tip of the nose and vocal cords, the wall of the throat vibrates, resulting in the sound of snoring.
Alternative remedies are:
Sing. British researchers assigned 20 snorers do 20 minutes of vocal exercises daily for three months. More than half the group reported a reduction in their snoring. It is thought that singing improves muscle control of the palate and throat tissue, which keeps the nighttime snoring under control.
Control what milk. Dairy-rich foods create mucus in the body, which can be difficult to digest and cause muscle weakness, especially those in the trachea. The excess mucus leads to allergies, runny nose and snoring. In addition, eating less dairy can cause weight loss, making the fatty tissue around the neck thinner to help elimination of snoring.
Eat the right foods. Some foods cause swelling, while others are anti inflammatory. Eat fruits (except oranges), vegetables (excluding corn), beans (except soybeans), milk substitutes (except rice and almond milk) and natural sugar alternatives such as molasses, stevia and agave. These dietary changes also provide greater energy and even weight loss, some argue that to improve concentration.
Take a banana smoothie. Although more research is needed, but an Australian university thinks that compounds found in the banana helps keep the throat open, reducing the pressure in the airway during sleep.
Change your pillow. Your problem could be solved so simply as finding the right pillow to raise your head enough to open the nasal passages.
