Plantar Fasciitis

Running is a very comprehensive and one of the most complete aerobic exercises there, but if we do not properly using the footwear shown we can get a lot of damage in the feet and legs. One of the most common injuries is known as plantar fasciitis, which occurs precisely there, in the sole. A very painful condition more common than we think. Therefore we will stop it.
The plantar fascia is a tissue found on the sole of your foot that runs from the heel to the base of the toes. This fiber is connected to all the bones of the foot and is the one responsible for giving the shape of an arc that characterizes this part. This strip of fabric is coated with a layer of fat that is in charge of absorbing the impact that occurs when walking or running. Therefore it is an area constantly exposed and easy to injure.
As we age, this part of the foot is becoming stiff and loses some of its flexibility, which diminishes the mobility of this area. Therefore increasing the risk of hurting it is higher, since the performance of it to come into contact with the ground is lower. The same applies to the layer of fat that covers it, as more and becomes less dense and becomes thinner, less absorbing the impact caused by striking his foot with the ground. This circumstance is what causes us to hurt us in this part of the foot if we do not appropriate methods, as this area must work to that is always ready.
Exercise is necessary for all children, and provide moments of happiness while preparing to teach a healthy lifestyle as adults, therefore, the child with asthma should not be an exception, and should make physical exercise a manner “adequate”.
Playing sports is beneficial to our health if we do it correctly and according to the physical condition according to our age and lifestyle.
