Therapeutic Techniques: The Uses of Massage
How is massage administered?
Therapeutic massage is given in many different ways and their duration varies from 15 to 90 minutes depending on the area and the problem to be addressed. Usually administered physiotherapists with specific training (as opposed to those provided elsewhere in more dubious repute).

Therapeutic Techniques
